SL-SPU Shoulder Movement
Shoulder Punch
• Start with arms straight out to side with slight curve in elbow.
• Push R shoulder forward.
• Push R shoulder back to neutral
• Repeat.
Tip: ribs, torso and opposite shoulder remain still
Tip: hands should remain at same place in space
