Shoulder Punch 

    

    

    Start with arms straight out to side with slight curve in elbow.

    Push R shoulder forward.

    Push R shoulder back to neutral

    Repeat.

           

Tip: ribs, torso and opposite shoulder remain still

    

Tip: hands should remain at same place in space
