Shoulder Roll
Tip: ribs and opposite shoulder remain still
Back
• Push R shoulder forward.
• Lift R shoulder up (NOT into ear).
• Push R shoulder back.
• Drop R shoulder down (maintain back position).
• Return R shoulder to neutral.
• Repeat.
Forward
• Drop R shoulder down.
• Lift R shoulder up (maintain back position).
