Shoulder Roll Alternate 

    

     

Tip: ribs and opposite shoulder remain still

         

Back

    Push R shoulder forward.

    Lift R shoulder up (NOT into ear).

    Push R shoulder back.

    Drop R shoulder down (maintain back position).

    Return R shoulder to neutral as push L shoulder forward.

    Lift L shoulder up (NOT into ear).

    Push L shoulder back.

    Drop L shoulder down (maintain back position).

    Return L shoulder to neutral as push R shoulder forward.

    Repeat.

    

Forward

    Drop R shoulder down.

    Push R shoulder back.

    Lift R shoulder up (maintain back position).

    Push R shoulder forward.

    Return R shoulder to neutral as push L shoulder back.

    Lift L shoulder up (maintain back position).

    Push L shoulder forward.

    Return L shoulder to neutral as push R should back.

    Repeat.
