Snake Arms 

   AKA: Arm Undulations (ATS)

    
    

    Place R and L arms out to sides with slight bend at elbows.

    Raise R shoulder slightly up.

    Raise R elbow slightly up as you roll R shoulder back (maintain up position).

    Raise R wrist slightly up as you lower R elbow.

    Lower R wrist as you release your shoulder to neutral and raise L shoulder slightly up.

    Raise L elbow slight up as you roll L shoulder back (maintain up position).

    Raise L wrist slightly up as you lower L elbow.

    Lower L wrist as you release your should to neutral and raise R shoulder slightly up.

    Smooth out and repeat.
