out to sides with slight bend at elbows.

Raise R shoulder
slightly up.
•
Raise R elbow
slightly up as you roll R shoulder back (maintain up position).

Raise R wrist
slightly up as you lower R elbow.
•
Lower R wrist as
you release your shoulder to neutral and raise L shoulder slightly up.
•
Raise L elbow
slight up as you roll L shoulder back (maintain up position).
•
Raise L wrist
slightly up as you lower L elbow.
•
Lower L wrist as
you release your should to neutral and raise R shoulder slightly up.
•
Smooth out and
repeat.
