Slide R hip to R
side (front R diagonal).

(back R diagonal) – L hip is automatically twist to front.

R hip back to L hip front (front L diagonal).

L hip twist back
(back L diagonal) – R hip is automatically twist to front.
•
Slide weight from
L hip back to R hip front (front R diagonal).
