Tip: this is similar to Modified T, but with straight rather than rounded arms

    

Down

    Shoulders back and down with trapezoids engaged.

    Arms are straight out to R and L sides with palms facing floor.

    

     

     

Up

    Shoulders back and down with trapezoids engaged.

    Arms are straight out to R and L sides with palms facing ceiling.
