Table Top 

   AKA: Drill Team Arms, Egyptian Arms Down

     

          Arms are straight down.

          Flex wrists so palms face down.    

   

Visualize: imagine resting the tops of your hands on short tables on each side of you

     

Tip: if you turn body to the side, place one arm in front and one arm in back, this move works well with rib lifts
