Temple Overhead Reverse

    

    Arms are straight overhead with palms facing out.

    Cross arms at wrists.

    Push hands together so palms are flat against each.

    Slightly bend elbows.

    Try to keep elbows even with or behind your ears.

          

Tip: this position is commonly held while executing head slides; arm position looks great with a small lunge forward
