Temple at Ribs

   AKA:  Prayer Hands

    

•    Arms are in Half T.

•    Palms are flat against each other (in prayer).

•    Try to keep forearms parallel to floor (don’t let elbows droop down).

          

Tip: this position works nicely to maintain rib slides within your range of motion – work to keep your hands at the same place in space
