   Base Move(s):  Hip Down, Hip Up 

    

    

Tip: start slow and progress to full speed with practice

     

Down-Up-Down

    Step R foot forward as you lower R hip down.

    Raise R hip up, lower R hip down.

    Step L foot forward as you lower L hip down.

    Raise L hip up, lower L hip down.

    Repeat full set.

    

Up-Down-Up

    Step R foot forward as you raise R hip up.

    Lower R hip down, raise R hip up.

    Step L foot forward as you raise L hip up.

    Lower L hip down, raise L hip up.

    Repeat full set.

    

Up-Down-Out

    Step R foot forward as you raise R hip up.

    Lower R hip down, execute R sharp hip.

    Step L foot forward as you raise L hip up.

    Lower L hip down, execute L sharp hip.

    Repeat full set.
