Torso Rotation 

    

    

Visualize: imagine your ribs tracing a horizontal heart shape

    

Tip: movement is bigger than Rib Rotation

     

Clockwise

    Slide whole torso (NOT just ribs) to R front diagonal.

    Rotate (scoop) to R back diagonal.

    Slide around back to L back diagonal.

    Rotate (scoop) to L front diagonal.

    Return to neutral.

    

Counter Clockwise

    Slide whole torso (NOT just ribs) to L front diagonal.

    Rotate (scoop) to L back diagonal.

    Slide around back to R back diagonal.

    Rotate (scoop) to R front diagonal.

    Return to neutral.
