Traveling Hip Lift 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Lift

     
     

Tip: when stepping, place ALL weight on the foot stepping back (or forward)

     

Travel Back

    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Simultaneously release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, step back onto R, place L foot in point.

    Squeeze L oblique to lift L hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return L hip to neutral, step back onto L, place R foot in point.

    Repeat whole set.

     

Travel Forward

    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Simultaneously release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, step forward onto R, place L foot in point.

    Squeeze L oblique to lift L hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return L hip to neutral, step forward onto L, place R foot in point.

    Repeat whole set.
