Palms are flat
against each other (in prayer).

Spread bottom of
palms apart (fingertips stay together).

Pull thumbs down so
they are parallel to the floor, yet still connected at thumb tips.
•
Thumb and pointer
(or forefinger) will create a triangle.
Tip:
this position works nicely to maintain rib slides within your range of
motion – work to keep your hands at the same place in space
