Triple Hip Drop
Base Move(s): Hip Drop
• Place R foot in point with all weight on L.
• Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.
• Squeeze L oblique tighter to drop R hip lower.
• Squeeze L oblique even tighter to drop R hip even lower.
• Release L oblique to return R hip to neutral.
• Repeat.
