Triple Hip Drop 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Drop

    

    

    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.

    Squeeze L oblique tighter to drop R hip lower.

    Squeeze L oblique even tighter to drop R hip even lower.

    Release L oblique to return R hip to neutral.

    Repeat.
