HI-TUN                                                          Hip Movement

   

Tunisian Twist 

    

    

    Start with R foot in point and weight primarily on L.

    Twist R hip forward and slightly up.

    Untwist R hip to return to center.

    Repeat.

         

Tip: movement is similar to Hip Twist but with this move, the hip can lift with the twist
