HI-TUN Hip Movement
Tunisian Twist
• Start with R foot in point and weight primarily on L.
• Twist R hip forward and slightly up.
• Untwist R hip to return to center.
• Repeat.
Tip: movement is similar to Hip Twist but with this move, the hip can lift with the twist
