Walking Hip Bumps 

   Base Move(s):  Side Hip Bumps

     
     

Tip: when stepping, place ALL weight on the foot traveling back (or forward)

      

Tip: this is a “softer” version of Walking Sharp Hips

        

Travel Back

•    Start with weight centered and in heels.

•    Stepping slightly back, step onto R foot and pop R hip out/up to R side.

•    Stepping slightly back, step onto L foot and pop L hip out/up to L side.

•    Repeat.

     

Travel Forward

•    Start with weight centered and in heels.

•    Stepping slightly forward, step onto R foot and pop R hip out/up to R side.

•    Stepping slightly forward, step onto L foot and pop L hip out/up to L side.

•    Repeat.
